Online Rental/Credit Application
Please fill out the application completely and accurately. Falsification of information is grounds for immediate denial. All approved applicants are required to provide a valid driver’s license or official identification card. Please complete your current and prior landlord information and employment history including names and telephone numbers.
Please list all sources of income. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to be able to pay monthly rent. Employment references will be checked to verify income. If applicant receives an income subsidy, the applicant must provide verification when turning in the completed application. If applicant has a payee or other contact person at a specific agency, please provide their contact information as well. If an applicant does not demonstrate the ability to pay the monthly rent, a co-signer may be allowed to guarantee the financial obligations of the lease. A credit check may be conducted on application at the sole discretion of the owner. Poor credit does not always result in application disapproval, however it may be a factor used in processing and application and may be grounds for disapproval.
A rental history check may be conducted on your application. Applicants are required to have at least two satisfactory prior landlord’s to qualify. Applicants that do not have two years prior lease history may be required to have a co-signer to guarantee the obligation of the lease.
Jackson Property Group manages many properties owned by different parties. Each respective owner has acceptable qualifications for occupancy. Approval may take up to 72 hours, we will contact you when application has been processed.
